Our products are Made-To-Order and due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect item ordered
  • Color or style preference
  • Fit Issues
  • Normal wear and tear

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number 
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and, if approved provide a replacement at our discretion.            

Refunds will not be issued.

SHIPPING ISSUES

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier
  • Lost or Stolen packages marked as delivered
