PROCESSING TIME
All orders are made to order and are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped according to the shipping method selected at checkout
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Etimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guarenteed. Delivery delays may occur due to:
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Peak shipping seasons
- Incorrect or Incomplete addresses.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
We ship using reputable carriers. Our carrier of choice is the UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, reshipping fees will apply.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking shows an issue, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Approved claims may receive a replacement at our discretion. Refunds are not issued.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International customers are responsible for:
- Customs fees
- Import taxes
- Durties
These charges are not included in your purchaseprice and are determined by your local customs office.
